Shopit is a groundbreaking eCommerce platform that offers every feature to every customer from day one. Their target market is everyone from small aspiring retailers who want to scale, to large wholesale businesses wanting multiple B2B and B2C sites.

Defining the brand

Brand voice and identity is vital in software firms, to build trust. Subscription software is essentially a distance sold item so Shopit wanted the brand to be clean and fresh - reflecting their modern codebase, Google Partner status - thus increasing consumer trust in the platform.

User Experience

By using an iterative approach to the design and working closely with the Shopit team, we were able to completely revolutionise the user journey. The website has been built with user-friendliness in mind.
Together with Shopit we created a meaningful and relevant experience for the users. This involved the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability and function.
