Developing the strategy

After various facilitated sessions, we surfaced the challenges LLK as an organisation faced. In the process, they prioritised the needs and goals of the business and its customers. This became the foundation for the branding and marketing plans for 2019/20.

Defining the brand

Through a series of excerises in the strategy sessions, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brands personality: how it should look, sound, feel and act.

User Experience

By using an iterative approach to the design and working closely with the LLK team, we were able to completely revolutionise the user journey. The website has been built with user-friendliness in mind. The marketing team reached out to a number of their dealers and conducted extensive market research before the site's launch to ensure that it was efficient as it could be for end-users and dealers alike.
